  • 24 August 2010 - EM Committee Meeting & Visit of Nestle R&D Centre
    SwissCham is organizing its second EM Committee Meeting of the year which will include a presentation by Mr. Olivier BALLEVRE, Head of Nestle R&D Centre and the visit of the R&D Centre itself. Our host will be talking about "R&D in China for future Regional and Global Business successes" in his company.

Past Events in 2010:
  • 26 April 2010 - EM Committee Meeting & Visit of Enics Electronics (Beijing) Ltd.
    SwissCham organized its first EM Committee Meeting which included a short brainstorming on the Committee's year planning and the visit of Enics Electronics plant. Mr. Kaur ANDRESSON from Enics Electronics was the host of this visit and talked about "Demand Modeling and Lean Manufacturing" in his company.

Past Events in 2009:
  • 15 October 2009 - EM Committee Roundtable on upcoming Sino-Swiss Forum on Legislation on Climate Change
    SwissCham organized a roundtable with the Engineering/Manufacturing Committee to consolidate the member’s position in the enterprise dialogue module of the Sino-Swiss Forum on Legislation on Climate Change on October 25, 2009. Mr. Walter MEYER, Program Coordinator on Global Issues and Climate Change in China and East Asia, representing the Embassy of Switzerland in China, was in charge of the project.

  • 2 June 2009 - EM Committee Roundtable:
    SwissCham organized a roundtable with the Engineering/Manufacturing Committee. This strategic discussion aimed at defining a target list of the EM Members’ issues and needs that will be implemented with the help and support of SwissCham.
