This service is outsourced.

As part of the benefits it offers to its members and to other users, SwissCham makes available certain services which it may outsource to selected external partners.

SwissCham does not charge such services, neither directly, nor indirectly through overheads, etc.

Members are entitled to a discount.

Non members are not but they are welcomed to use these services.

SwissCham selects its partners with utmost care. However because it does not draw any profit from offering such services, SwissCham waives all liability as to the service rendered by its partners.

Members and users are invited to submit to SwissCham any complaint it may have against such partner(s) or service(s). SwissCham shall deal with such complaint to the best of its ability, but shall have no obligation to do so other than a general duty of care for the interests of its members.

The fact that SwissCham may handles a complaint does not imply that SwissCham takes liability for the service at stake.
